Processing

Orders are processed within 24 hours after payment is confirmed. Crypto payments clear after 1 network confirmation.

Shipping

Cold-chain insulated packaging with gel packs. Domestic US orders ship via tracked priority service (2–3 business days). International orders ship via tracked express (5–10 business days). Adult signature may be required.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed once the label is generated. Contact orders@alluvilabs.com with your order reference if you have not received tracking within 2 business days of payment.

Lost / damaged

If a package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with photos and your order reference. We will reship at our discretion or issue a refund for the affected items.

Refunds

Due to the nature of research compounds, we do not accept returns of opened or unsealed products. Refunds for unfulfilled orders are issued in the original payment method (crypto refunds are made in the same asset at the current market rate). Refunds for fulfilled orders are evaluated case-by-case.

Restricted destinations

We do not ship to jurisdictions where these products are prohibited. We reserve the right to refuse any order that we believe violates applicable law.
